Princess offers up to 60% savings in Father’s Day deals

Princess Cruises’ Father’s Day Sale will give up to 60% savings plus on-board credit for destinations such as Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Caribbean and Hawaii. The five-day sale, June 14-18, shaves as much as 60% off launch fares and awards up to $100 in on-board credit per stateroom.

More than 80 cruise options in 2012 are eligible, with departures between August and December.

In addition to fare savings, passengers booking inside or ocean-view staterooms can receive an on-board credit of $25 (cruises up to nine days) to $50 (cruises 10 days or longer). Those in balcony staterooms or above can get credits of $50 (cruises up to nine days) or $100 (for sailings 10 days or longer).

Examples of deals include a seven-day Caribbean cruise priced at $549 for an inside room, down from $599, or $799 for a balcony stateroom, reduced from $949.

A ‘Grand Mediterranean’ cruise of 12 days is priced starting at $799 for an inside room, down from $2,190, and $1,299 for a balcony, down from $3,290. A Hawaii cruise of 14 days is reduced to $1,199 for an inside room, instead of $1,445, while a balcony is $1,899, reduced from $2,345.

Prices are per person, double occupancy.

The sale is available to residents of the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico. Reservations require a non-refundable deposit.
